‘Footprinting’ gives you an objective picture of your business processes and how they behave. If needed, we can answer at least eighty questions, from ‘Who didn’t follow the process?‘, to ‘Where are the bottlenecks in the process?‘. Our analysis answers these questions in clear, easily understood reports.

product Application

We use three types of process extraction sensors: system data sources, real world object tracking, and ‘perceptual extraction‘. Through the analysis of this process data we give you process intelligence through analysis, monitoring, reporting, and prediction. This can include 250 possible views on the process, including but not limited to automatic process map creation, social behaviour maps, bottleneck analysis, 80/20 process patterns, conformance checking for fraud or auditing purposes, process re-engineering, or discovery of unknown process patterns.

Background: Management at an online sales business have been losing business to the competition, as well as receiving many complaints from their agents in the field. As business starts to decline due to the long lead-times involved in selling the product on credit, management decides to re-engineer the current process. Seven major areas are involved in the process, with six different legacy systems performing various tasks in the process. The team is requested to propose any method or manner that would assist in the re-engineering of the process.

Outcome: Tracing the footprint, the team quickly identified the static and dynamic analytics of the end-to-end process. This enabled management and the business analysts to focus on the constraining bottlenecks, and reduced the overall turnaround time by 50%.
